I don’t know East Bay Express restaurant critic John Birdsall, I swear. But once again he’s been nice enough to call out an Ethicurean story for praise on the paper’s new news blog — which East Bay residents really ought to be flocking to, not just for the up-to-the-minute developments in local politics but for the funny YouTube videos and the madcap commentary.

This time, instead of “armchair Michael Pollaning,” I get dubbed an “investigative blogger” by Birdsall for today’s Q&A below with Panorama Grass-Fed Meats CEO Mack Graves. Bragging is so unbecoming, but I’m pink as a non-heirloom piglet over it. Now if more people would just read and respond to the interview….
