Spy on Smithfield, Polyface, and more

Flyover country: Tufts University professor Parke Wilde has a little fun with Google Maps and Google Earth, zooming in on 10 eclectically chosen "U.S. food policy destinations," from the world's largest pork slaughterhouse — the Smithfield plant in Tar Heel, NC — to pineapple countryside in Hawaii, "just because it's pretty."
